Edward J. Greene, Jr. focuses his legal practice primarily in the areas of labor and employment law, employment discrimination, administrative law and civil litigation. A significant portion of Mr. Greene’s practice is devoted to counseling labor unions and their members on issues related to members’ terms and conditions of employment. He represents labor unions and individuals before arbitrators, mediators, administrative agencies, and in new York’s state and federal courts. Mr. Greene is a member of the Albany County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He earned his B.S., cum laude, and M.S. from the State University of new York at Plattsburgh, and his J.D., magna cum laude from Albany Law School. While attending law school, Mr. Greene was an Associate Editor of the Albany Law Review.
